When our Nat came into work on Thursday Morning with the biggest grin ever we knew it had to be F1 related in some way but when she proceeded to tell us what she got up to on her day-off on Wednesday of course we though she was pulling our legs- then she got out the pictures!
Nat made the journey down the Milton Keynes (She lives in Birmingham) on the off chance that she may get a glimpse of Mr Vettel and at best maybe get a picture with him...but thanks to the team at Red Bull Racing she got a whole lot more than that.
Nat has given us all the details of how the day folded out for them...here is the short version!
Nat arrived at the Red Bull Factory hoping to catch Seb as he went in- when she was trying to figure out where she would feel she would have the best chance she bumped into him (just like Silverstone 2011 all over again) luckily she had her camera on her and plucked up the courage to ask for a picture. For some reason Nat gets all a bit quiet around these Red Bull guys- which is sooooo not the case normally! But she got her pic thanks to a kind unidentified gentleman who was with Seb who managed to take not one but TWO photographs! Nat was ready to go home but as she had hoped to drop off a congratulation card and balloons she quickly went and grabbed them from Buba (her car which has a massive Vettel sticker on the windscreen) and headed back to the building Seb had just gone into hoping to catch him on the way out! Well she wasn't at all prepared for what was about to happen next. She and a handful of other loyal fans were kindly invited into the press conference!!! INTO THE PRESS CONFERENCE as Nat repeated about three times volume increasing each time before she continued!
She told us about the press conference and how David Coulthard was doing a Q&A with Seb, Christian Horner and Adrian Newey and how they had this massive screen with shots from the season so far- she has quite a few pics of this!
She then got her opportunity to give Seb his card and balloons so the mission was acomplished! But as well as the press conference she got to meet Chrisitan Horner, Adrian Newey and David Coulthard and also got a couple of rather nice postcards from the lovely Red Bull Racing receptionist.
She hasn't stopped smiling since and she did thoroughly deserve it as she is a very, very loyal fan! She knows I am doing a piece on the blog about it and asked if I could just mention how grateful she and the other fans were and say a huge thank you to Red Bull Racing!
She has also told myself (a die-hard Mclaren fan) to watch out in 2012. I am not worried... ….but back in January she told me Red Bull would be pulling the double again and she was right!

This weekend in Motorsport.
Well Red Bull Racing have finally secured their consecutive constructers championship. We don't know about you guys but we quite enjoyed that race. That battle between Webber and Hamilton kept us the edge of our seats- Vettel was got in front and ran away with it as usual and we waited in anticipation to see what Button could pull out the bag especially when light rain was announced!
Vettel deserved to take the win, he was faultless and most importantly very very fast even setting the fastest lap on the last lap!
Unfortunately we have all woken up to the news that the legendary Dan Wheldon was taken from us in a fatal incident yesterday.
RIP Dan Wheldon- you did Great Britain Proud!

It's official Vettel has done it again!
The boy has gone and done it again!
Vettel is the 2011 Formula1 world Champion, joining only a hand-full of drivers who have won championships back to back! Apart from Vettel clinching his title wasn't it a thrilling race! Jenson took a well deserved win and didn't Rosberg do well starting from the back of the grid to finish 10th- Bravo!
As many of you may already know, we are all F1 mad in the office and most of us are die-hard Mclaren fans so we were especially delighted at Buttons result- bit disappointed with Hamiltons weekend thought- we were all convinced that he would have been on pole and cannot begin to understand 'that' mistake !
And what about the lone Vettel fan in the office!... well as you can guess she hasn't stopped smiling and giving the Finger....the Seb finger of course!
Just incase anyone was mistaken with who she supported check out what her desk looks like this morning.

RIP Steve Jobs 1955-2011.
The Onefruit team were saddened to hear of the passing of Steve Jobs.
There is not a day which passes where at least one member of the team use an Apple product.
Mr Jobs revolutionised the way in which the world functioned, he is responsible for bringing to life the romantic notions of a mobile office station allowing you to perform most office tasks whilst not having to be at your desk or being able to hold your entire music collection in the palm of your hand.
There is a lot the world can be thankful to Steve Jobs for, and although it is a sad thought that one who was still quite young was taken from us, we were lucky to of had this amazing human being who shared his thoughts and dreams with the world and made everything just that little bit easier...RIP Steve Jobs.
